How to book Uzbekistan train tickets with us
Due to the rules of Uzbekistan Railways company, it's impossible to book train tickets for Uzbekistan trains.
Instead of this we may buy train tickets for you. We may buy the tickets for domestic trains two weeks before the day of departure. We may buy the tickets for international trains one month before the day of departure.
To buy a train ticket we need:
-
A copy of passenger's passport
- you should scan and e-mail the main passport page (the page with photo);
- Destination of the train and day of departure;
- Class of the train.
Please note that the prices that are given in the timetable do not include our comission.
The comission is 10% of the ticket price, but not less than USD 4 per ticket
To buy a train ticket with us, please e-mail the information that we require.
Cancellation fees for train tickets:
The comission of 10% is not repayable.
Cancelling 5 days and more before the day of departure, the Uzbekistan Railways company requires penalty of USD 2 per a ticket.
Cancelling from 3 to 5 days before the day of departure, the Uzbekistan Railways company requires penalty of 25% of the ticket price.
Cancelling from 1 to 3 days before the day of departure, the Uzbekistan Railways company requires penalty of 50% per a ticket.
If you want to cancel the train 1 day before the departure, we will try to do our best to recover up to 50% of the ticket price, but we do not guarantee this service.
