How to book international air tickets with us
AROSTR travel agency provides ticket booking service. Also we may buy tickets.
We may buy the tickets for Uzbekistan domestic flights two weeks before the day of departure. We may buy the tickets for Uzbekistan international air flights one month before the day of departure.
To buy an air ticket we need:
-
A copy of passenger's passport
- you should scan and e-mail the main passport page (the page with photo);
- Destination of the flight and day of departure;
- Class of the train.
Please note that the prices that are given in the timetable do not include our comission.
The comission is 10% of the domestic Uzbekistan air ticket price, but not less than USD 7 per a ticket.
To buy an air ticket with us, please e-mail the information that we require.
Cancellation fees for air tickets:
The comission of 5% is not repayable.
Cancelling 5 days and more before the day of departure, the Uzbekistan Airways company requires penalty of USD 2 per a ticket.
Cancelling from 3 to 5 days before the day of departure, the Uzbekistan Airways company requires penalty of 25% of the ticket price.
Cancelling from 1 to 3 days before the day of departure, the Uzbekistan Airways company requires penalty of 50% per a ticket.
If you want to cancel the train 1 day before the departure, we will try to do our best to recover up to 50% of the ticket price, but we do not guarantee this service.
